This guy that lead me to something awesome...

It all started about first grade. I knew this kid, Caleb Reynolds. I saw him around school but I never really spoke to him and I always saw him on the playground. He was all over the place! Running around like a chicken with out its head...haha.
When we would play soccer he would tackle kids that had the ball and he would steel the ball and run around with it. It was so funny and he was always just so hyper. I was like,"I need to hang with this kid he is so awesome!" So, I started to talk to him...then I started to hang with him...then after awhile we became best friends! We did everything together, we hung out all the time!
Then came fifth grade. I moved away, I was really sad...like, to the point of almost crying. I had to keep in touch with my best friend! (And just to let you know, I moved 2,000 miles away.)
So, through the time I was moved away I kept in touch. I didn't have a cell phone, so I had to use a land line. I called him like 3 times a week not in a gay way either!!
I lived in Brownsville, Texas for two years and in the summer of 7th grade I moved back to Missouri and I went to school at South Middle School in 8th grade, and I got to start hanging out with Caleb again!
In 9th grade Caleb was telling me about this church that he went to. He asked me,"You want to come to my church?", and I was like,"No, I'm good."
At that time, I dreaded Sunday, because I would have to go to church with my parents. But, they would go every other week or month.
Don't get me wrong, my parents are good, godly people, I just didn't like going to church. Plus, at this time I was cussing a lot, disrespecting my parents, and just kinda going down the wrong path.
But, Caleb kept on telling me about his church and I was like,"What the heck? I'll try it."
I got there and they started praising, worshipping and they were jumping around, shouting and running the isles! I was freakin' out! Then, the preachin' came...and he was really good.
Caleb asked me after church, how it was. And I was like."It was good." but, in my mind I was thinkin', "these people are crazy!"...haha.
But, I went back and kept on going and going. But I wasn't really doin' anything.
Caleb started tellin' me about being pentecostal and the tradition, so that I would understand why we do what we do.
Then I started to get into church and then Caleb took me to Youth Convention and I received the holy ghost.
That Sunday I got baptized in the name of Jesus...and I've been living for God ever since.
I just want to thank the Lord for Caleb witnessing to me and I want to thank CLC for everything!
Caleb I love ya bro!
